Malaga Airport Transfers !

Wonderful and safe experience for 2 adults and 5 teens 😊.  - Federico was waiting for us at Malaga airport to take us to our villa in Benalmádena and he was absolutely lovely. Very helpful and drove perfectly. Helped us load and... read more unload the cases too. Excellent.
Then on return from the villa, we had Cyril pick us up, and again what a lovely man. Chatted all the way there and drove like a dream. Again very helpful with the cases.
Both were in contact with me via WhatsApp before each pick up about details.
Couldn’t have asked for a better service honestly. Would highly recommend and most definitely use again.

However

On return we were sat there, I got a message in Spanish that morning. No idea what it said, after worrying our taxi was late, went to our hotel Reception to ask them to read the message for me. They said it was the taxi, they didn't try to come in and so we didn't know. We got out there and there was no car seat. My one biggest worry of travelling abroad. The lady who though I'm sure was a lovely person spoke such little English she kept saying it's not problem. Well it is for us. My child's safety it paramount and I spent hours upon hours finding what I thought was the right company. Eventually after me literally begging she called to see if they had any available carseats and they didn't. So we had to travel the entire journey with our baby on our lap. I was distraught as was my husband as we would never put our baby at this level of risk.
Ok we had an email saying sorry, buy sorry wouldn't have saved her life if anything happened. Appalled discussed and furious are just a few words I could use.
Such a shame as the way out was such a different story and should that have been repeated on the way home it would have been a glowing review. But nothing can change the danger this company put my baby in

From the day I booked Micks transfer not realising it was a British company, we’re outstanding, kept in touch the day before... read more our flight 17/9/23, when we landed guided us through the terminal to our meeting point easily recognised, Mark our driver was giving us some good tips of different restaurants etc on our journey to the hotel.
On returningto the airport, we had pick up at 8 in the morning and we couldn’t of got a better time as Mark stopped on top of a hill we all got out the minibus and e took our last foto together as a family with the sun rising what a gent he was and even got us to the airport in plenty time, what a credit Mark is to you guys, Micks taxis is 100% outstanding and we are coming back and as soon as we have booked I’ll be booking you guys again
