How Do I Pay?
You pay the driver in full on arrival at your destination.
Where Do I Meet You?
When you have collected your luggage and leave the luggage hall our driver will be holding an A4 AENA Card with the lead passengers name on.
Do You Supply Child & Baby Seats?
Yes we do FREE of Charge.
Are There Any Hidden Charges?
Single Journey – Your price includes transfer from your pickup to your destination location. There are no hidden charges you pay one price for your transfer and no more.
Return journey – Your price includes transfers from your pickup to your destination location and back to your original location. There are no hidden charges you pay one price for your transfer and no more.
Single Transfer Explanation
One way price covers you for a single journey.
eg. Malaga Airport -> Hotel or Hotel -> Malaga Airport.
Return Transfer Explanation
A return booking covers you for a return journey.
eg. Malaga Airport -> Hotel & Hotel -> Malaga Airport
Do Babies Count As Passengers?
Under Spanish law its compulsory for infants to travel in car seats. Infants in a car seat occupy one seat on a minibus they are considered a passenger. Please note car seats are provided for all infants courtesy of Malaga Airport Transfers at no extra cost.
Our Travel Details Have Changed Last Minute What Should I Do?
If your accommodation location changes, please send us your new accommodation details prior to departure by telephone or email. We will then update your details in our booking system. Please note your original price will only remain the same if your destination does not change. If your new location is further away there will be an extra charge based on your new location.
What To Do If My Flight Is Delayed?
Just relax!, we have a live flight arrival/departure system for all flights outbound and inward flights for Malaga Airport. All our drivers will know when your plane arrives or departs and they will collect you at your new time, no problem.
What To Do If My Flight Is Cancelled?
Whether it be a volcanic eruption or another reason for a flight cancellation please notify Malaga Airport Transfers immediately to reschedule your transfer. Extra costs are applicable if your new flight time falls on a weekend or early morning/late night charges or a change in airport.
Do You Offer Last Minute Bookings?
We understand that not everything runs smoothly especially when booking last minute holidays. We will endeavor to accommodate your holiday arrangements even if its the night before or same day travel but please don’t be disappointed if we cant accommodate you. Our advice is to book up as early as possible, in peak times we get fully booked quickly.
Are We Transferred On Our Own?
Yes, this is a private airport transfer
Are You A Legal Company?
Yes, we have all the required documents and passes to transfer you legally in Spain. Please see our legal requirements page for more info.
What To Do If The Driver Doesn't Speak English?
All our drivers are British and Irish so there is no language barriers
Will The Driver Help Me With My Luggage?
All our drivers will offer as much help as you require
Do You Offer A Door To Door Service?
Where possible we will drop you outside your front door. Please understand that there are a few locations along the coast that don’t permit any vehicle access, eg restricted access, festivals, pedestranised old town area, in which case a door to door service is impossible. Be reassured we always endeavor to provide a door to door service for every transfer and ensure you are taken to the nearest drop off point. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any extra travel arrangements if need from your drop off point.
What Is Your Policy On Drunken / Abusive Behavior?
We want you to have a good time on holiday but please note Malaga Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse to transfer any person who is under the influence of alcohol / drugs or who is abusive in nature. this is for your own safety as this poses a real threat to your driver, the vehicle and most often other passengers.
What Is Your Smoking Policy?
At Malaga Airport Transfers we operate a non smoking policy within all our vehicle fleet.
Should I Tip The Driver?
This is down to your discretion. If you feel your driver has been helpful and provided a professional service then please feel free to tip. Alternatively, if your driver has not acted in a professional manner and you have a complaint please contact us as we pride ourselves in our professionalism and this conduct will not be tolerated.
Is There An Extra Charge For Golf Clubs, Ski's, Or Extra Baggage?
Unlike many other minibus companies on the coast we do not charge extra for any of the aforementioned extra baggage items. Its your holiday and we assume you will be well prepared. In fact we cater especially for large groups and extra cases or equipment. we have specific trailers to accommodate your extra luggage, wheelchairs, pushchair’s etc. All we ask is that you notify us before you travel if you have more than normal within your traveling group.
Do You Offer Wheelchair Accessibility?
If a member of your group requires wheelchair access to our vehicles please contact us before your booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle from our fleet.
Are You Insured?
Malaga Airport Transfers hold full public liability insurance. There are many unlicensed drivers and companies on the Costa del Sol so please make sure you don’t fall foul of one of them.
